Refund Policy

Art is a process that takes time, creativity, and resources that are not refundable. Although my aim is to satisfy each client and collector to the best of my ability, the nature of creating art means I cannot offer refunds on any of my completed work, whether original, commission, prints or live painting services.

Please know that all sales are final. It is the responsibility of the client or collector to ensure that he or she carefully reads listing descriptions, double checks colors on different screens or monitors, and to be open to the creativity used to adapt their reference photo. Please know that colors vary slightly in different settings as well as person to person.

 

In the rare event that I am not able to provide you with a purchased commission or live painting service because of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, I will process a refund.
