HELLO! I'M
My name is Ellery and I'm an artist and live event painter based out of Greensboro, North Carolina. I'm passionate about creating custom art experiences for each and every client.

With over 15 years of experience in digital and traditional painting, I work in watercolor and gouache painting to create fine art that lasts for generations. I love working alongside each client to create the exclusive and customized creative experience they are searching for.
In school, I studied film for my undergraduate and master's degrees. My focus on film production design included the study of color, costume and makeup design, and many other creative elements that make a film a work of art. I honed my ability to sketch film elements as I imagined them and then brought them to life through painting, a journey which has led me to my style as an artist today. All of my work is infused with a love of old Hollywood glamour.

Since 2018, I have been painting digitally on Procreate, a highly flexible and customizable interface for digital painting. However, my favorite painting medium is traditional watercolor and gouache paint. There is something wonderful about a custom, hand-painted creation. I also have experience with charcoal, graphite, and colored pencils and will occasionally integrate them into my work. ​​
It has been my joy to create unique and interactive works of art that my clients and their loved ones get to enjoy. I especially love drawing what brides, guests and bridal parties wear to events. I believe that what how we choose to clothe ourselves is an important part of expression and celebration. That's why I am passionate about painting bridal gowns, dresses, suits, and accessories. ​
